We aren’t a web company. We aren’t a consultancy. KreWorks is just in the middle – we offer full circle solutions that other companies can’t grasp, focusing on your ROI & target market. We don’t see ourselves competing against web companies at all, we offer a different service all together.

• Template Sites
  There are plenty of options online that offer eCommerce stores and a CMS to edit them with. But none of them have a dedicated sales rep to solve your problems face to face. Nor do any of them strongly customize their services for your businesses success – they just need to lock you in. KreWorks exists because our clients want a goto company that can achieve results and solve their problems quickly.
• Freelancer / Design Studio
  General web designers are a great solution for brochure and information sites – not so much for eCommerce. KreWorks employs process engineers and marketing professionals that know how to sell products online, giving us a specialization for your company’s success. This is a niche that web designers along just cannot fill. In addition, we focus on a full circle approach to assist your company long term instead of selling you a website and leaving.

Our official policy is dependent on what type of project we are to work on.

• Web Design & App Development
  We require a 50% deposit for first time clients and 25% for returning clients. From there we accept percentages of the total cost based on milestones agreed upon in the design brief.
• Maintenance & Support Services
  Payment is due at the completion of service. We charge much lower rates for returning clients who have worked well with us.
• Consultations
  Consultations in your place of business are at an hourly rate and billed after services are performed. Phone & email support is free unless extensive value is provided.
  *Estimates & exploratory meetings are always free of charge.

Because we tailor projects to each business so extensively, our rates vary from project to project. We offer free consultation interviews and estimates; if you want to get a free interview, call us at (509) 720-7794 or jump to our Request Proposal Form.

We only accept rush jobs on a case by case basis. In our industry, if we accepted everyone’s rush job we could build the great products that we do. If you would like to request a rush project, please let your account representative know or check the box in the proposal form.

Our process varies from project to project, but generally our web design process stays relatively the same for most clients.

• Step 1: Research & Planning
  We take time to understand your business inside and out. We then create a plan of action on how to achieve your business goals.
• Step 2: Development
  During this process your eCommerce site is in development & your hardware is ordered for inside your company (optional). We operate with project milestones and management software that includes your company every step of the way.
• Step 3: Deployment
  Together, we launch your product into the marketplace; researching and testing user interaction, internal processes, trends and other dynamics.
• Step 4: Marketing & Support
  After the initial testing processes, we assist your company in marketing your online store and support your business in bettering internal processes over the long term.

Our support services are built right into your web design package – we don’t ever nickel and dime anyone.

• eCommerce (Site Only)
  These solutions come with free email support (site lifetime) and a full array of site management services to keep your solution in it’s prime.
• eCommerce (Full Solutions)
  We offer full website management support as well as consultations and internal engineering for your order pipeline. If you need more options than usual, we make that happen.

When you become a client of KreWorks, you gain access to a special “VIP” portal that contains every invoice, subscription and project that your company has ever been involved in with us. This unique website can keep your accounting department ogling for hours as they see not only what your costs are, but avoid unintentional surprises. We don’t guarantee your CFO will jump for joy, but they would be hard pressed not to.
